Versa owners April Zimmerman Katz and Kyle Katz led a tour of the new Arena District space for Columbus Business First, who had previously occupied this historic building.
Coworking brings a wide range of small companies together into a shared space, and in Columbus, the concept has taken off. Green Street Advisors estimates there are about 14,000 coworking spaces worldwide. The California real estate firm predicts that continued growth in coworking could mean a 2 to 3 percent reduction in office demand by 2030.

The new year kicks off with a new coworking space. Tenants start moving in this week to the first of three Versa Coworking locations slated to open across Columbus in 2018.
Real estate developers and husband-and-wife team Kyle and April Katz are behind the renovation of the 37,000 square foot space at 1201 Dublin Rd. near Grandview. Responsible for projects like the Buggyworks Condos and recently completed The Deco, it’s their first foray into coworking and their second collaborative project.
The coworking trend continues in Columbus with the opening of the first Versa location at 1201 Dublin Rd. The shared working space includes opportunities that range in price from $99 per month for access to programming and a mailing address, to $799 plus per month for a private office and various amenities like free coffee and parking.
