Lunch & Learn with LTSK Consulting: Trifecta of Financial Tools for Small Businesses

Last week we were honored to host Sam Jacob, founder and CEO of LTSK Consulting, for a Versa lunch and learn focused on three effective financial management tools for small businesses.

1. Create a cash flow forecast

2. Create a 3-5-year detailed line-item budget and conduct a monthly profit & loss review comparing actual vs. budget.

3. Create a weekly scorecard with 5-7 key metrics. Each metric should have a target, an owner and be actionable.

Connie, co-owner of ASCH and Versa member, was inspired to action by the event, and offered to share her thoughts. "We found the Versa lunch and learn led by Sam Jacob of LTSK Consulting to be quite valuable. As our family-owned company grows at a fast pace it is important to continue to be financially strong. We plan to continuously focus on and review Sam's three financial tools to help us to strengthen our financial focus and team. The ASCH team fully endorses Sam's great strategy that we will implement as we analyze our sales, customers and profit."

Many thanks to Connie for sharing. We're so glad the attendees thought as highly of Sam as we do!
