Versa's co-owner, Kyle Katz added, "We're proud of what's happening in Columbus, and pleased to provide an experience that stands side by side with other coworking spaces in the world's most celebrated gateway cities. We look forward to continuing our momentum and expanding LExC benefits to more and more Versa members."

Twelve thousand square feet of coworking space arrived in the Arena District as Versa opened its second location at 305 W. Nationwide Blvd.
Versa owners April Zimmerman Katz and Kyle Katz led a tour of the new Arena District space for Columbus Business First, who had previously occupied this historic building.
Coworking brings a wide range of small companies together into a shared space, and in Columbus, the concept has taken off. Green Street Advisors estimates there are about 14,000 coworking spaces worldwide. The California real estate firm predicts that continued growth in coworking could mean a 2 to 3 percent reduction in office demand by 2030.
Take a moment to look around your office—what do you see? Drab florescent lighting? Dull, uninspired walls? Blinds shielding what little bit of natural light you are afforded? If you answered “yes” to any or all of these questions, Versa may be your workspace hero.
Versa is a brand new co-working space where the environment is sure to put a pep back in your professional step.
