Join us for a night of networking and conversation. Collaborate and Elevate will feature a panel of entrepreneurial Versa members: Connie Aschinger of ASCH, Lindsay Fork of La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection + LUXEredux Bridal Boutique, Molly Eyerman of Vivo Growth Partners and Patricia McBride-Demetriou of LifeSmart Education. Attend for guidance in growing a business in Columbus and building an entrepreneurial support network, as well as other useful insights.
Molly Eyerman, VIVO Growth Partners, Founder
Molly partners with entrepreneurial, fast-growing organizations in central Ohio to develop their most important assets – their people. Prior to launching VIVO Growth Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on delivering strategic HR and talent management services, Molly started her career in public accounting (PwC) and corporate finance (DSW) before moving into the talent management space. Even in the period where her roles were focused on “the numbers,” she was always involved in initiatives that supported growth and development of team members, which led to her morphing into the “people” side of business several years ago.
With client experience in industries ranging from technology, advertising, real estate development, non- profit, and financial services, just to name a few, Molly has seen the right things to do (and the wrong ones) to retain talent. Molly is passionate about equal treatment for all people in the workplace, and recently spoke at SXSW 2018 on fighting sexism in the workplace.
In addition to her business, Molly also volunteers on the board of directors for Columbus Early Learning Centers, a non-profit organization focused on providing access to high-quality early childhood education for all children.
Lindsay Fork, La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection + LUXEredux Bridal Boutique, Owner
Lindsay Fork is the owner of La Jeune Mariee Bridal Collection + LUXEredux Bridal Boutique in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Fork purchased La Jeune Mariee from the previous owners in 2008 and quickly grew the small boutique into a $1M + small business.
In 2011, Lindsay opened her first LUXEredux, a designer sample sale store as an outlet for her own inventory. She immediately began partnering with other designer special order boutiques and designers around the country to consign excess inventory and now operates additional stores in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. The company plans to begin the franchising process of the LUXEredux Brand in 2019.
With nearly 20 employees, Luxe Bridal, LLC operates on EOS, an entrepreneurial management system designed for small businesses that allows the owners, typically Visionaries, to focus on the growth of the company, not working day to day IN the business. Lindsay consults with new bridal boutique owners and other small business creatives to achieve success early on with proper process models. She has experience in buying and selling bridal boutiques + real estate leasing + acquisition.
Lindsay has her BSBA in Entrepreneurship from Xavier University. She is married to her husband, Kurt, a military and commercial pilot and has 3 children, Ava, 11, Anderson, 5 and Barrett, 22 months.
Connie Aschinger, ASCH, Co-Founder
Connie co-founded ASCH 4 years ago. She and her team manufacture in Asia and work in the hospitality, commercial development, and the retail market space. She is the consummate customer advocate, with an innate ability to grasp both their greatest challenges and highest aspirations and to translate those into remarkable project triumphs. Connie chalks her success up to grit, listening, and genuinely caring about her clients’ personal and professional goals.
